Virtual & in-person Training

Have a personal trainer and qualified coach no matter where you are, with personalized programming designed to fit your schedule, experience levels and fitness goals. In The Squad, it looks like access to tons of plug-and-play programs and workouts with video tutorials, as well as access to me as your trainer, your group community of women and our Form Check Club for video form checks. For 1-1 Elite members, it’s all of this plus custom programming for you, private form checks and check ins.

nutrition Coaching

You’ll have custom guidance and support to reach your nutrition goals faster - build lifestyle habits, ditch food restriction and avoid self-sabotage with me by your side. In The Squad, it’s 24/7 support, resources and ability to ask questions. For Elite clients, it’s custom nutritional roadmapping with private weekly calls and check-ins with me.

No matter how you choose to work with me, you will get access to my custom Strength by Jaime app, where you will find your programs, workout calendar, nutrition resources and much more. Track your weights lifted, daily steps and nutrition and have access to me 24/7 - all in one spot.
