1-1 Private Coaching

 
  • 1-1 coaching is when you and I work closely together to help you achieve your fitness and wellness goals. If you have ever considered hiring a personal trainer and/ or a nutritionist, 1-1 coaching with me is essentially a leveled-up version of both.

      • Personalized Program Design: Receive a personalized strength training program that takes the thinking out of it for you and takes into account your experience, goals, schedule and equipment availability.

      • Weekly Form Checks: Submit your training videos weekly for detailed form feedback to get you lifting heavier and perfecting your technique week to week. Each form review comes as a video link for you to re-watch as often as you need.

      • Weekly Check-Ins: Receive personalized feedback and guidance every week to ensure you’re making steady progress and staying on track with your goals.

      • Custom Nutrition Plan: Benefit from tailored nutrition strategies that align with your individual needs and lifestyle.

      • Dedicated Support: Enjoy continuous support and accountability from me, helping you overcome obstacles and maintain motivation.

      • Access to Resources: Gain access to a rich library of guides, recipes, videos, and educational materials to support your journey.

      • 1:1 Coaching Calls: Access to (1) 30-minute call per month for in-depth discussions and personalized advice.

      • Messaging Support: Communicate with me through the app for questions, feedback, and additional support.

      • Plan Adjustments: Receive ongoing modifications to your program to ensure it evolves with your progress and needs.

      • Weekly Group Coaching Calls/Q&A: Join Laura, me and the entire Squad community once a week virtually to discuss relevant topics and research, listen to expert guest presenters, and get all your training and nutrition questions answered live.

      • Community Engagement: Be part of the Team Strength community to share experiences, connect with like-minded people, and stay on track.

      • Exclusive Challenges/ Bootcamps: Enjoy our regular 6-8 week paid challenges and bootcamps for free for a boost of motivation and community support at trying times throughout the year.

      • Expert Guidance: Working closely with me as an experienced professional helps you stay focused on developing sustainable habits and achieving long-term success.

  • 1-1 private coaching is for someone who wants a fast-track to achieving their goals, whether it be perfecting your deadlift, achieving a pull-up, of optimizing their body composition.

  • For everything included, the price is:

    • $347/month

    For 3 more 1-1 calls each month (weekly 1-1 calls with me in addition to the check-ins and form-checks):

    • $447/month

    • The price is $97/month and includes the same weekly group calls and community support you receive as a 1-1 client as well as a huge variety of expertly-designed training programs to choose from for all levels and a custom nutrition blueprint
